WHY ME?
○ Approximately 20% of new businesses fail in the first two years.
○ After five years, that number more than doubles.
○ For every 100,000 start-ups created by an enthusiastic entrepreneur every year, 20,000 of them don’t make it to their third birthday.
The reason for this is simple-- they didn’t have a fail-safe plan or the proper systems in place. When problems arose or sales didn’t come in, they didn’t have a counterattack.
That’s where I come in.
As a small business consultant, I help small businesses expand to more locations, improve on and increase the size of their team, and find more clientele. I help established businesses improve their sale process, break down the customer journey from the first touchpoint to closing a sale, and optimize all processes to be as successful as possible.
The cool part is that none of this has to be complicated.
My passion is to grow and optimize businesses. My goal is to help you build a strong company base so it can function strongly and withstand any trouble that comes its way. I look forward to working with you!
Online business gurus and large management consulting companies like to make the process seem overwhelming. That’s totally not necessary! As you will soon learn, I’m a normal, down to earth guy and I will make the process easy.
I’ve been where you are and I want to help you work through and solve your business problems.
